Strengths

  • Softer than TPU — very rubber-like
  • Excellent elasticity and memory
  • Good for very flexible parts
  • Chemical resistant

Weaknesses

  • Extremely difficult to print
  • Direct drive required — impossible on Bowden
  • Very slow speeds only
  • Poor detail resolution due to softness
