1. What 3DSearch Is

3DSearch is a search aggregator for 3D printable models. We search third-party platforms (including Printables, Thingiverse, and Cults3D) and display their results in one unified interface. We do not host, store, or distribute any 3D model files. When you click through to download a model, you are taken directly to the original platform where that model lives.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features of 3DSearch may require you to create an account. When you do:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• We may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features, pricing, and billing terms will be clearly described before you commit to any payment.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use 3DSearch in a way that is lawful and respectful. Specifically, you may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from 3DSearch beyond normal personal use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Resell or redistribute search results or AI-generated settings without permission.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or restrictions.

4. Intellectual Property

3D models belong to their creators. 3DSearch does not claim any ownership over the models that appear in search results. Each model is the property of its original creator, and each model's license (set by its creator on the source platform) applies. Always check the license on the original platform before using or printing a model.

The 3DSearch name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission.

5. AI-Generated Slicer Settings

3DSearch offers AI-powered slicer setting suggestions for your printer and filament combination. These are generated by a large language model and are provided as suggestions only, not as guarantees. Specifically:

• AI-generated settings are starting points. Always review them before printing.
• Results may vary based on your specific printer calibration, filament batch, environment, and model geometry.
• We are not responsible for failed prints, wasted filament, or printer damage resulting from AI-suggested settings.
• Use your own judgment and experience alongside our suggestions.

6. Third-Party Platforms

3DSearch links to and retrieves data from third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or quality of content on those platforms.
• Changes to those platforms' APIs, terms, or policies.
• Any transactions or interactions you have on those platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

3DSearch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of 3DSearch.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of 3DSearch after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
