Three horizontal bands of blue, white and green separated by thin red fimbriations, with a white crescent moon and twelve white stars in the upper hoist.
The banded base is straightforward, but the two thin red separators plus the crescent and twelve small stars push this into moderate-to-detailed territory. Print flat and emboss the white (#FFFFFF) crescent and the three rows of stars over the blue (#0099B5) band, and decide whether to render the thin red (#CE1126) fimbriations as inset lines or skip them for simplicity. A fine layer height keeps the crescent's curve and the tiny five-point stars from blurring together.
