Just two colors and no emblem, so this prints easily as a two-tone relief with a single filament swap between white (#FFFFFF) and Qatar's distinctive maroon (#8A1538). The only feature needing care is the nine-point serrated divider: model the triangular teeth as a clean inset boundary rather than relying on a single color-change layer. Remember the flag's unusually long aspect ratio (28:11) when scaling so it does not look stretched.
