Mostly easy thanks to the three solid bands and the red triangle, which print as flat color regions, but the small white seven-pointed star inside the triangle is the one fine detail. Use black, white, green (#007A3D) and red (#CE1126) filament and emboss the star as a raised white element so its seven points stay distinct. Print flat and keep the layer height fine where the star sits; the rest tolerates simple color-change swaps.
