A red field with a white-bordered blue Nordic (off-centre) cross.
More involved than a stripe flag because the blue cross sits inside a white outline on a red field, so it's a three-color relief: a red base, a white cross layer, then a narrower blue cross on top. Plan it as two stacked inlays at increasing height, keeping the Nordic cross shifted toward the hoist. Use a deep red (#BA0C2F), white, and a navy blue (#00205B).
