Slightly more than a stripe flag because of the blue triangle: print the white-over-red bands as a horizontal relief, then inlay the blue triangle pointing in from the hoist to the midpoint. The triangle's apex must reach exactly the flag's centre, so align it carefully across the band boundary. Use white, a strong red (#D7141A), and a deep blue (#11457E).
