Three equal horizontal bands of red, white, and blue with a central emblem — uniquely a different emblem on each side of the flag.
The red-white-blue bands print easily as a flat relief with two color swaps, but Paraguay is unusual: its obverse shows the national star coat of arms while the reverse shows the Treasury seal, so decide which face you are modeling before you start. The small central emblem (a yellow star ringed by a palm and olive wreath) is too fine for filament swaps — use a HueForge layer or a shallow gold embossed disc. Keep the wreath as a simple raised ring if printing a relief plaque.
