If you do want printed bunting, design it flat as connected flag panels and print face-down with no supports in green, white and red.
Sombrero and cactus centerpieces: hollow them out
A solid decorative sombrero or tall cactus is a filament sink and a 10-hour print for one table piece. Run the centerpiece in spiral vase mode or drop the infill to 5-8% with 2 walls — it's decor, not load-bearing. A wide sombrero brim can also double as a chip-or-salsa-bowl liner if you print it in PETG and add a disposable paper liner, since FDM layer grooves aren't food-safe for loose food.
Taco holders see real heat and grease — pick material accordingly
Printed taco stands and plate holders touch warm food and get hand-washed, and PLA softens around 60°C — a stand left near a hot comal or run through a dishwasher will warp. Use PETG or PP for anything that contacts food or heat, keep it to wrapped/served contact rather than raw-food prep, and hand-wash in lukewarm water. For purely decorative taco-shaped props, PLA is fine.
