1. What 3DSearch Is

3DSearch is operated by Basel Ganaim. 3DSearch is a search aggregator for 3D printable models. We search third-party platforms (including Printables, Thingiverse, and Cults3D) and display their results in one unified interface. We do not host, store, or distribute any 3D model files. When you click through to download a model, you are taken directly to the original platform where that model lives.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use 3DSearch. If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use AI features. By using 3DSearch, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features of 3DSearch may require you to create an account. When you do:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • We may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features, pricing, and billing terms will be clearly described before you commit to any payment.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Pro Subscription and Payment Terms

3DSearch Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • You authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval until you cancel.
  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to Pro features until then.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use 3DSearch in a way that is lawful and respectful. Specifically, you may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from 3DSearch beyond normal personal use.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
  • Use the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Resell or redistribute search results or AI-generated settings without permission.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or restrictions.

6. Prohibited Items

You may not use 3DSearch to search for, request prints of, or otherwise facilitate the creation of the following:

  • Weapons or weapon components — including firearms, firearm parts, knives designed as weapons, or any item regulated under applicable weapons laws.
  • Drug paraphernalia — items primarily intended for the use, production, or distribution of controlled substances.
  • Counterfeit goods — replicas of branded products intended to deceive, including fake logos or trademarks.
  • Items violating intellectual property — models that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents without authorization from the rights holder.

We reserve the right to remove search results or restrict accounts that violate these prohibitions.

7. Intellectual Property

3D models belong to their creators. 3DSearch does not claim any ownership over the models that appear in search results. Each model is the property of its original creator, and each model's license (set by its creator on the source platform) applies. Always check the license on the original platform before using or printing a model.

The 3DSearch name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. AI-Generated Slicer Settings

3DSearch offers AI-powered slicer setting suggestions for your printer and filament combination. These are generated by a large language model and are provided as suggestions only, not as guarantees. Specifically:

  • AI-generated settings are starting points. Always review them before printing.
  • Results may vary based on your specific printer calibration, filament batch, environment, and model geometry.
  • We are not responsible for failed prints, wasted filament, or printer damage resulting from AI-suggested settings.
  • Use your own judgment and experience alongside our suggestions.

AI Disclaimer: AI-generated slicer settings are suggestions only. 3DSearch is not liable for print failures, material waste, or damage resulting from AI recommendations. You use AI-generated settings entirely at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Platforms

3DSearch links to and retrieves data from third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, accuracy, or quality of content on those platforms.
  • Changes to those platforms' APIs, terms, or policies.
  • Any transactions or interactions you have on those platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

3DSearch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of 3DSearch.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3DSearch, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the service ceases immediately.
  • We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim related to these Terms or your use of 3DSearch, you agree to contact us at hello@3dsearch.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of 3DSearch after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
