Data Deletion Instructions

At 3DSearch, you have full control over your data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time using either of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from Account Settings
- Sign in to your 3DSearch account
- Go to your Profile page
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Email Us
If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, send us a message at:
Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your 3DSearch account. We will process your request and delete all your data within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and profile photo
- Search history: All saved search queries and activity logs
- Saved models: Any models you bookmarked or saved to collections
- Printer preferences: Your saved printer profiles and filament settings
- Marketplace data: Your printer listing (if any), print requests, and reviews
- Uploaded content: Any 3D models or images you uploaded
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Anonymized aggregate analytics data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be retained.
Facebook Login Users
If you signed up using Facebook Login, deleting your 3DSearch account removes all data we received from Facebook (name, email, profile photo). To also revoke 3DSearch's access to your Facebook account, go to Facebook App Settings and remove 3DSearch from your connected apps.
Google Login Users
If you signed up using Google, deleting your 3DSearch account removes all data we received from Google. To also revoke access, go to Google Connected Apps and remove 3DSearch.
