SCORPIO I – Retro Terminal Computer SCORPIO I is a retro-futuristic industrial desktop terminal inspired by classic computer consoles from the 1970s and 1980s. The design combines vintage terminal aesthetics with modern compact computing hardware, creating a unique desktop machine that feels like a computer from an alternate technological era. The project brings a retro control-terminal look with modern components hidden inside a compact 3D-printed chassis. The terminal features an angled display panel, a front speaker grille area, front control elements and a base section designed to accommodate a compact mechanical keyboard. The keyboard used as reference for the design is the Royal Kludge RK61, a 60% mechanical keyboard that (hopefully) fits into the base area of the terminal.
