Valken/Hakkotsu Thunder B Shell O-Ring Seal

Replacement 27mm OD, 22mm ID, 2.5mm width 2mm thick flat seal used to seal the Valken/Hakkotsu Thunder-B shell to the sim grenade head. The original flat seal is silicone and impossible to find standalone. I needed this after damaging the seal trying to fish chunk of printed shell out of the head with picks. Print solid in 70-80A TPU, make sure it's made out of perimeter loops only. Do not use TPU harder than 80A or it won't seal! I've tested this extensively with no issues. Maybe add a little silicone grease for extra assurance but you shouldn't need it. In the pictures, you can see the head I had to repair. As I didn't have a spanner wrench small enough to remove the aluminum joiner, I drilled the holes slightly oversize so I could use the tips from needle nose pliers. The stock aluminum core (black part) is held in with CA glue (superglue, etc) and will fight you coming out - use a vice. Remove all traces of the superglue with a wire brush and a pick, and make sure to
