Slow Feeder Dog Bowl - For Flat-faced Dogs

I purchased a slow-feeder dog bowl to keep my dog from inhaling his food, but because he's a French Bulldog with a flat face he wasn't able to get food out of included food bowl at all. I tried a few different bowl depths and settled on the current value of 25mm - which still takes him about 3-5 minutes to eat. I printed this specifically in PLA because from what I've read its more "food safe" than other filaments, but it definitely wont survive the dishwasher, so it's hand rinse only. I would like to allow people to use the customizer to change the depth to suit their dog breed and I have the entire design parameterized in Fusion 360, but I haven't figured out how
