Print in place wallet / card holder

A wallet with flexible locking lid also to be used as purse / cardholder / portable storagebox. Originally designed for the contest on printables “business card holders”, but it became so much more. Very easy to print (if you follow the guidelines) with amazing results. The 1st layer forms the outside of the wallet because it is fully wrapped around it. Print this 1st layer (0.2mm) with your favorite PLA filament. 90% of the visible surface is that first layer. Please note: with the 1st layer, the print tracks must run in line with the longest length of the model. (see also the print lanes visible in the photos). This also creates the nice optically beautiful result. I have already placed the model at 45° so that it can be sliced directly with the standard fill angle of 45°. Print the rest of the model in different color(s) if desired. Printing done with 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer thickness and 30% infill. After printing, wrap the long side around the two upright side w
