Amazing Siren Whistle (fun, loud, and fast to print)

I found that I could chop the bottom off to reduce the inner cone diameter to the same depth as my alternate horn (which works very well but may or may not be optimal but if not, I bet it is very close to optimal). The modified STL is not closed but it prints in Cura fine anyway. (when I closed the mesh the inner cone closed up flat and I didn't feel like fixing it).
