Description

I wanted to mount my battery charger for my Makita 18V system on a pegboard (1 inch on center holes) but have the flexibility to remove the charger if needed. This method works for my Makita DC18RC -- leg (or "feet" on bottom of charger) spacing is a bit different on various Makita charger models. This model DC18RC the feet are 153mm on center. I used only the top two legs, replacing (and saving) the rubber feet from the top row. Use M3 x 10mm or 12mm length bolt with each "bolt" (see parts to print). The M3 bolt screws into the model bolt part and expands it a bit to secure inside the Makita charger leg. All can be printed without support, requiring minimal clean up of the hole for the M3 bolt. Two models -- "square" and "rounded"...just for fun. The square version may have a little more strength, but I've never tested that hypothesis. I use both. UPDATE (April 8): the design works for Makita DC18RA too!! My older 18v charger.
