90-Degree Surface Mount Hinge Version 2 *** Only need to download 1 Articulating Hinge File, the "reductionofOverhang" version is just so the hinge is printed in a more collapsed state *** This is a concealed hinge with full overlay. It opens up to ~100 Degree Angle The hinge provides a nice seamless look to the door when closed. I printed the hinges at 30 mm/s, I haven't experimented with higher speeds. Wall Line Count: 3 (Anything less will make hinge weaker) Top Layers: 3 Bottom Layers: 3 A single hinge can hold 10lbs @ 4" away from base of hinge.
