Moon Lamp with Circular Base

Created a base to display the [Moon Lamp by moononournation](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2771919/remixes). The base houses an Adafruit Trinket with an 8 LED light stick to illuminate the moon. I designed the base to hold the 4 inch version of the moon. The 3 inch moon also fits on the base.
