# 120mm Enclosure Exhaust Fan with SG90 controlled Door
Once I built an enclosure out of insulation board I found that the temperature inside the enclosure would keep rising, exceeding 60 deg C.
I wanted to add a fan to the enclosure, with a servo controlled door which would close when possible to reduce drafts while printing ABS.
The construct is designed to sit on top of the enclosure, with a semi circle hole cut into the roof.
The front has a small compartment to house the electronics and a detectable front panel to fit a 1602 screen and a push button/rotary encoder. I also used an ardiuno and a ds18b20 temperature sensor and an extra voltage regulator. I used a 4 pin 120mm PWM fan.
The front panel is very simple - if you want to use different electronics then designing a replacement should be trivial.
The software I used is available here: https://github.com/paulgrove/arduino-enclosure-exhaust
At the moment the software is a mess - but works fine, a good upgr
