Description

Use these holders to easily place servos onto robotic dioramas or other displays made of cardboard. The rivet parts come from user hooligan404's cardboard rivets, which we use a ton in our K-8 makerspace! Servos can either be held horizontally such that an extender like a popsicle stick could stick into your diorama and move a character from side to side, or held vertically such that you could pull a string on a pulley or move a character up and down. The holders can be placed on the sides, back, top, or bottom of a box and hold the servo steadily in place! See the short video for examples by 2nd graders. The larger holders are sized to hold servos like the Hitec HS-311 (https://www.amazon.com/Hitec-31311S-HS-311-Standard-Universal/dp/B0006O3WVE) and the smaller ones sized to hold 9g micro servos like the Tower Pro SG90 (https://www.amazon.com/J-Deal-Micro-Helicopter-Airplane-Controls/dp/B015H5AVZG/). We've used with our Hummingbird robotics kits (https://www.birdbraintechnol
