Tanuki Trinket Tray v1 (Small)

Too many people said that the last Thing looked too much like Hello Kitty, or a cat, not a raccoon. Cute...but not a raccoon. Fun fact: Did you know that "tanuki" in Japan is another name for the Japanese raccoon dog? I'm learning to improve my seeing and drawing skills - getting perspective, distances, whitespace, and lines correct. Part of the design process is "seeing" things correctly, so you can get the proportions correct. There's a very good chance that I will be trying this bowl again, from a sketched drawing of a raccoon, to make sure the extra cute and unique features of a raccoon get into the mix.
