Conventinal Style Fishing Reel

This was designed as a prototype to figure some things out for a future, more feature rich project. It is a direct crank 1:1 retrieve designed for pan fish jigging. Because of the direct crank, it reels BACKWARDS compared to most reels. V2 will hopefully address that. This has holes located and designed to either allow screws to pass through or to be tapped for 6-32 and 1 8-32 for the ratchet mech.
