Description
3D scan of the **Venus of Willendorf** optimized for 3D printing. Found in 1908 at the site Willendorf II, the object appeared in an archaeological layer datable to 29,500 BP. Measuring 11 cm, the figurine – made of oolithic limestone – represents the depiction of a naked woman of corpulent proportions.
The original figurine is Number 36 of the NHM Top 100 and can be visited in the Venus cabinet of the NHM Vienna next to her roommate [Fanny](https://skfb.ly/opOTx), the figurine from Stratzing
