Technical Evaluation Rig

I have no idea what this is. I needed a test vehicle for a game I am working on, and didn't feel like using primitive shapes. I was going for some kind of spatial maneuvering test rig --- but its true function could honestly be interpreted in a lot of different ways. Use it freely for whatever.
