Carter Cameron: Max Form

This is Carter Cameron's Ultimate form if his power enrages; unlike his father Grant "Abel Cameron" he's half reptilian monster and has Light / Ice Karate. When his power enrages he gains three claws and fight much faster than normal with martial art. He become 20 feet tall.
