# Broken H.E.A.R.T. The **H**ydrokinectic **E**nergy **A**mplification and **R**egulation **T**ransformer or **H.E.A.R.T.** is a power delivery system designed specifically for high-power hydromechanical assistants. The H.E.A.R.T. works by charging and stabilising the Electrofluid circulating in the mech's system and pumps it back in the power hungy mech. Hydrokinetic power core of this unit is out of sync with rest of the system and cant deliver proper output, so it needs to be repaired. --
