Open the spool and in the middle, drill an 8mm hole exactly wherethe indentation is located on the edge of the spool (see picture). Next, cut fromthe hole to the edge of the spool to allow the cable to enter, thenclose the spool.The two halves should go on the side with a slight indentation, aligningthe indentation with the protrusion on the two halves.Bamboo spool has the same dimensions and it can be used but you need to make the indentation on the spool yourself.Bill of materials 9 4x20
