Ender 3 V3 KE Hotend Fan Duct (generic)

This is a remix of FabulousD_564891's model (https://www.printables.com/model/978106-ender-3-v3-ke-hotend-fan-duct). Motivation: My V3 KE doesn't have side screw holes on the extruder motor (see image), so FabulousD_564891's model doesn't work for my machine. I have to redesign the upper part of his model.
