USB ADXL345 Mount and Extruder Brace for Sidewinder X2

This is a remix of FreakyDude's Extruder Lever Brace - all credit to him for the original design!I had to edit this for the different screw mounts on Fysetec's USB Portable Input Shaper, to make it wider to not collide with the fan duct, and to remove the holes for the pins (since this is a USB accelerometer).
