M18 Pegboard Battery Mounts

I remixed Milwaukee M18 Battery Mounts to add the following changes: Compatible with pegboard by changing the spacing of the holes to be 1" from each other.  I added a version of the holder that does not latch.  I found the batteries really difficult to remove when they latched (especially in an upright orientation), so I gave the option to make it so that the battery won't latch which works fine on a pegboard as gravity easily holds the battery in place.I also added a 3-wide batter
