Ergonomic shovel and tool handle - 30mm

Improve the ergonomics of your shovel, rake, or any other garden/yard tool by adding a 2nd handle. This version is designed for tool handles that are an inch or slightly larger in diameter - up to 30 mm. It is designed for use with ¼" nuts and bolts. I know it seems wrong, but don't print this in PETG. It stands up better in PLA. Most if not all reports of this breaking have been printed with PETG.
