Wanhao i3/Monoprice MP - MK10 Nozzle Holder

I had all the nozzles distributed in different bags and boxes, so I decided to design a holder to keep them all near the 3D printer. I took advantage of the fixing screws of the spool holder to create the MK10 nozzle holder. I also added the M7 thread to be able to thread the nozzles and avoid losing them. It can be installed on the top of the frame or in the control box itself. In my case, my Wanhao i3 is is housed inside an IKEA LACK, so I installed it on the top of the frame. The M7 thread
