Tying vise (complete project)

**Wanna buy a REALLY cheap vise for tying your flies or your assist hook?** Sure, you can get a cheap 15$ vise on Aliexpress buuuut... we're makers, isn't it right? I think this is the **FIRST** project of a tying vise ever made almost completely of PLA, with some metal screws and washers.
