Slim case for ESP32 Devkit V4

A slim case for the ESP32 Devkit V4 micro-USB micro controller boards I picked up on AliExpress [ESP32-WROOM-32D](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001636295529.html). The style of this case is inspired by the [Raspberry Pi Pico snap-together case](https://www.printables.com/model/407625-raspberry-pi-pico-snap-together-case-with-slot-for) by [@glabifrons](https://www.printables.com/@glabifrons_592953) Designed for a 0.2mm layer height, but I've also found it prints well at 0.28mm.
