Shimano 105 lever cap (model fixed)

I remixed this because the original model had some problems with its frame of reference and Cura couldn't slice it properly. Auto repair function in Microsoft 3D Builder fixed it just fine, nothing else was modified. Thanks to the author! UPDATE: my print didn't fit properly on my ST-5500, the fit was too snug and the cap was stuck to the brake lever rotating together with it. I fixed it by sanding the inner surface, since I removed about 0.5mm per side that makes about 4% more in diameter,
