Wheel for car, quad, buggy RC

Wheel for radio-controlled vehicle with a diameter of 30 mm for the tire and 16.35 mm for the rim. The rim is made to be tightened on an axis of 1.8 (because the hole is 2.05 mm, if we stick to a tolerance of 0.15 mm, we can leave a tight clearance of 0.25 mm).
