NanoKVM Lite Case OLED

I modified and redesigned this design of iain because it had some major issues like the OLED cutout was too small, Ethernet port cutout didn’t fit well and added a few more holes on the side because it is getting very hot when running a little longer. There is still a little bit of gluing required to hold the case together perfectly!
