Martin Baker Mk.9 Ejection seat. This is the early version of the Mk.9 used in the Jaguar GR1 and GR1a sometimes referred to as the Mk9b Mk2. This version was slowly replaced with the Mk9b Mk3 during the late 1980s. The versions used in the Harrier Gr.1, Gr.3 and the trainer versions are currently in development.
