GreaseWeazel Blue Pill direct connect + 3.5" floppy drive case

This is a case for a 3.5" desktop floppy drive and a [Blue Pill directly connected to it](https://github.com/keirf/Greaseweazle/wiki/Blue-Pill-Direct) as a GreaseWeazle. (You can use jumpers if you like to connect the floppy drive to the Blue Pill, as per the instructions, or you can cut a floppy ribbon cable in half and solder the relevant lines on the cut end to the Blue Pill.)
