FysetC ADXL345 mount for FLSUN V400 lightweight

Based on the excelent work of Guilouz that did not fit on the ADXL345 i bought I designed an adapted model The accelerometer can be attached to the mount with two M2 screw and bolts. To attacht the mount to the extruder it needs a longer screw than the one that is used for the Fan Mount. A length of 24mm is advised
