EVA top for Sherpa extruder

Edit: 9/9/2021 I reworked the top to work for the newest version of the EVA carriage. I also added a mount for an ADXL345 to the side of it. Since I don't think you can ever have too many points for securing wiring, I also added slots for zip ties, one to each side. I needed a top carriage mount for the EVA using a Sherpa extruder so I made one. It works for me. I modified the original Orbiter mount from EVA to work with my Sherpa.
