Ender 3/5 LCD Cover and Lid Separate

Similar to my other improved hinged model: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4290973 This model is easier to print and comes in two parts. A case for the LCD that covers the back and a Lid that goes on and off easily. I wanted a LCD case and cover for my ender 5 so I made one that goes around the whole thing, back included.
