CR-200B extruder and filament sensor relocation braces

The Creality CR-200B has the extruder mounted to the back panel. I wanted to move it to the top to allow easier access - but this required moving the filament detector as wel, in order to allow a straighter filament path. This re-uses the original mounting holes for the stepper motor and the extruder. This requires extending the cables for the stepper motor and filament detector.
