This is a minimal size case for the Waveshare 7" LCD touchscreen (C) for a raspberry pi. Specifically, this model: https://thepihut.com/products/7-ips-capacitive-touchscreen-lcd-low-power-1024x600. The CAD model for the Waveshare board from the official site (https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/7inch_HDMI_LCD_(C)) seems to indicate that the (B) model has the same PCB layout, so it might fit.
