Battery dispenser for AA Mignon (Batteriespender)

Battery dispenser for 17 AA mignon batteries. I was inspired by the great design from [adoniram](https://www.thingiverse.com/adoniram) with his version of a battery holder [thing:1004996](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1004996). But I had trouble with stucking batteries so I decided to design a complete new one which should not stuck. I have 2 versions of the sidepanels one closed and one open.
